SAS Cartier et Compagnie hosts the French location of Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain and has its registered offices at 261 Boulevard Raspail, 75014 Paris, France. In this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), we use the term “Fondation Cartier” (and we", "us" and "our") to refer to the SAS Cartier et Compagnie at the registered address above, our premises located at the address above and our boutiques.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and transfer the personal data that you provide to us on our website, and mobile applications (together referred to as the “Platform”), when you contact the Fondation Cartier by telephone, or when you interact with us over social media platforms, data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

We have drawn up standard contractual clauses to ensure that the appropriate guarantees are put in place in order to protect your data when it is transferred to our affiliates situated outside the European Economic Area and Switzerland. We keep your data for only as long as is necessary for our purposes, and in particular to protect ourselves in the event of a legal claim (for example, data relating to a contract with you will be kept for the lifetime of the contract and up to ten years after). After this period it will be deleted or in some cases anonymised. Where we sought your consent to process your personal data and we have no other lawful basis to continue with that processing, if you subsequently withdraw your consent we will delete your personal data.
